- The restaurant is gained in 1991 from an old stable of 1700, situated in the heart of the hamlet crest (518 meters above sea level), with the characteristic barrel-vault bricks full of fish bones.  In 1991 the place has been widened with the connection of a rustic hay barn adjacent with a stone wall and wood roof.

  

- Our wine card proposes white and red wines of Susa Valley, of Monferrato, of Langhe-Roero, of Canavese, of Turin Hill and of Aosta Valley.

The coffee bar

- Strategic point of departure for excursion in the zone (Scared of Saint Michele, Certosa of Benedict Mont, Bione Hill, Orsiera-Rocciavrè Park) and also a good restaurant that uses the local products from the: "Paniere of the Province of Turin" 

and proposes typical piedmont dishes with some call back of Aosta Valley's and Triveneto's kitchen, in honour to the working experience and original of the owner and is also the chef.

Some appetizers – prepare for you based on the availabilities of the season.

First Dish: "Malfatti"

Gnocchi made up with ricotta (fresh cheese) with spinach or other season vegetables baked with cream and blue cheese.

"Piemont Angnolotti (Pasta)" with roast sauce.

 

Main dish "Capunet"

Cabbage roll full of veal meat and Italian cooked sausage.

 

A good main dish with wildly meat is always available…accompanied with the Storo polenta (province of Trento).

Semi cold cake, realized with local products

Composed from Loop of Vaie, Chestnut and Genepi of the Susa Valley)

Season dessert realized with flour of polenta and chestnut of the Cresto.
